In the Bible, Paul teaches us that teamwork is the most valuable thing if you want to achieve a purpose.. Although there is a leader, each one has a role to fulfill, and had a unique quality that enriched the team. In addition, there must be freedom of expression, that they can express their opinion and the leader must listen and also worry about each one of them. And best of all, a union and mutual fidelity is created between the leaders and team members.

Two are better than one, because they have better pay for their work. The Apostle Paul example of teamwork according to the Bible
Paul went from being a persecutor of the church to becoming one of the apostles of Jesus. He always dominated teamwork and that is why he and Barnabas decided to carry out their first work and missionary trip. In his story, Juan accompanies them and more companions are mentioned, so it was a large group. Juan decided to return to Jerusalem and so the rest of the team continued their mission and that each one did a job so that they could be successful.
The apostle Paul always believed that a single person could not take charge of an entire church, which is why he assigned a group of elders to take the lead.
In (Acts 15) we can read that a distance between Paul and Barnabas was created due to the fact that the apostle Barnabas wanted Juan to join the team, but Paul rejected the idea because he had already abandoned them once. This is how they separated and decided to form their own team and continue preaching the voice of God.
Pablo’s team faced many adversities and even in jail, he never lost faith in God and always sang to him, with this he could transmit encouragement and faith to others. The end already known, he decided to return to Jerusalem despite the fact that he was warned because he was going to be arrested. He was never afraid and was willing to die for the Lord, and his team decided to accompany him, thus showing fidelity to one another.
