Objective of this prayer community:
We propose 14 days to discover the corporal and spiritual works of Mercy, with the aim of responding to the beautiful call to Mercy in our lives, putting it into practice and thus moving towards holiness!
The call of Cardinal André Twenty-three to the young people walking towards WYD in Krakow:
“The world needs Mercy and holiness. The testimony of Scripture and the lives of the saints constitute a sure and luminous point of reference, embodying the many corporal and spiritual works of Mercy. Through these precise, well-defined examples, each one of you – alone, but preferably together with others – will be able to reflect and commit, for example, with concrete acts, inspired by the Spirit of our baptism, so that it may be manifested to the whole world, the Mercy of God and the living presence You are called from now on to show the hope that is in you”, to be “missionaries of the infinite Mercy of God. This mercy cannot remain in ideas or principles: it must permeate, inhabit your lives! Those works that the saints have practiced are within your reach: do not be afraid to commit yourself to this, just as you are, where you are, humbly and happily. n to holiness, sharing with your brothers and sisters the rich fruits of Mercy in your life.”
