A Chinese girl, who believes, after a miraculous appearance
A Chinese girl, who believes, after a miraculous appearance
In the Relazioni della Missione, written by Monsignor I. Koffman, Bishop and Apostolic Vicar of the southern Schen Si, in China, it is reported that, in December 1892, a young girl from a Christian family had not yet received her First Communion, because she did not know could persuade of the real presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
One day, after having attended the missionary Mass with other faithful and catechumens, she was seen running to the altar and looking everywhere; She was asked what she was looking for, and she replied that, in the second half of the Mass, she had seen two children of wonderful beauty, and that he wanted to see where the missionary priest had hidden them.
It was then explained to him that that had been the miraculous vision that God had sent him to dispel his doubts, and he was fully convinced when he also learned that there were two consecrated Hosts, one of which should serve for the Communion of a devotee.
