CHRISTIANNOTICE.COM.- The journalist and evangelical preacher Fabricio Alvarado will again contest the Presidency of Costa Rica this Sunday with a conservative proposal and with a speech always focused on values and the traditional family.
His position marked by conservatism and religion led him to rise as a candidate during the 2018 elections. Where he was adamantly opposed to marriage between same-sex couples, abortion and gender identity, reports 100 Noticias.

Fabricio Alvarado has focused his current electoral campaign on economic issues such as lowering the value added tax, oil exploration and exploitation, infrastructure development, and educational reform.
Fabricio Alvarado, 47 years old and born in San José, entered politics in 2013 with the National Restoration Party. Virtually no one saw the rise of Alvarado’s political movement coming, who finished as leader in the first round with 24.99% of the vote.
In the second round he lost the fight (39%) against the current president of the center-left Citizen Action Party, Carlos Alvarado (60%).
His greatest political experience is the four years as a deputy in the period 2014-2018. At the time he was criticized for his lack of academic preparation to be president, as well as his few proposals. But four years later, his profile is renewed and he is more recognized.
His speech is characterized by staying focused on God as his strength, Christian values and principles, on morals and the traditional family.
