CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.- Let’s talk a little about the extinction of the dinosaurs and find out what evolutionists and creationists defend.
Unfortunately, the most widely publicized information is that the dinosaurs went extinct during an asteroid impact 65 million years ago.
Evolutionary scientists hold different theories as to why the dinosaurs became extinct. Some are: The ice age, a combination of climate change with low herbivore diversity, or a firestorm resulting from an asteroid.
First, I doubt that life on earth is around 65 million years old. And I have the right to think so. So I doubt an asteroid would have caused this damage globally, no matter how huge it is or not.
The Bible also says that we should not conform, that is, live in a way that this world has already planned. I understand that the hypotheses made by the scientific community are very well received by society, but that does not mean that scientists are always right, especially when we know that there are evolutionists and creationists among them.
creationist hypothesis
Creation scientists work with the hypothesis that there was a catastrophe on planet Earth, and they also agree with the possibility that meteorites fell, but in a different context.
Imagine a big storm, of water and meteorites, that could explain the huge craters found recently.
This storm may have caused earthquakes, huge tsunamis and lava flows. And that would bury many rocks, plants and animals.
These scenes may represent the biblical flood and they seem to be one of the most coherent hypotheses to explain fossil formations worldwide.
Fossils are the key
The evidence we have about dinosaurs are the fossils found. This may be a key factor in favor of the deluge theory.
For there to be a fossil there must be water and mud, as well as a very rapid burial.
It seems that evolutionists’ research has not taken this into account. That is why the flood, an event that described in Genesisdeserves more attention from the scientific community.
If the extinction theory such as toxic clouds, excessive cold or something like that were true -as the evolutionary model suggests- there would be no fossils to tell this story.
