CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.- The music platform Spotify showed a top 10 of the most listened to Christian songs of 2019. The songs of praise musicians Lauren Daigle and Hillsong United cover more than half of the set of songs.
In this ranking, the most listened to song was “You Say” by Lauren Daigle, who ranked first among the most streamed Christian songs.
“You Say” has been very successful, another example of this is that it stayed at number 1 on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart for 75 weeks.
Daigle’s worship song “Rescue” was ranked number six on Spotify’s Top Christian Songs, while her track “Look Up Child” was number eight on the most streamed Christian songs.
For its part, Hillsong United, had three songs positioned in the Top 10 of the Spotify Christian list, obtaining third place with the song “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)”, the fifth position with “So Will I (100 Billion X)’; and the musical project closes this top with “Whole Heart (Hold Me Now)” which occupied the tenth box.
Hillsong Worship’s song: Who You Say I Am Iwas in the seventh box of this list.
Another group that stood out was Elevation Worship, which managed to position two of its songs; of number four “Or Come to the Altar” and from 9 do it again.
