– In a prayer campaign, which is carried out annually, defenders of life have now implemented in different countries, such as Ecuador, to make the call, to protect now more than ever, the lives of babieswho are yet to be born.
The movement “40 Days for Life” has saved the life of more than 22 thousand babies, inside the womb of their mothers in Ecuador, for which the community has invited the country to join more and more in support of the unborn, reports ACI Prensa.
Therefore, four of the most important cities in the Latin country, united in prayer, within one of the largest mobilizations in the world(Guayaquil, Dauel, Quito, and Loja), joined the conference, which was being carried out simultaneously, in more than 60 countries.
Fasting and prayer for the end of abortion
The activities scheduled for this consist of fasting and prayer to God, asking for the end of abortion throughout the world, and thus many innocent lives can be saved.
Said campaign will end on November 6, from which they have already urged churches, individuals, families, and groups from all over the country, to unite as “body of Christ”, to pray for a specific intention… life.
It is known that, in countries where abortion is legal, peaceful vigils are held near the abortion centers, and in Ecuador it is done, in “outside parishes, and in public parks”.
“40 Days for Life”
the global campaign “40 Days for Life” emerged in the US in 2004, as a response to the emerging creation of clinics abortions in the country.
In a record time of 6 weeks, they went from 4 volunteers to about a thousand of them, covering 960 hours of intercession, and reaching 25 thousand homes, which reduced the demands for abortions by 28%.
