CHRISTIANNEWS.COM- A bill would penalize the practice of drag queens shows, accessible to children or aimed directly at children, this according to Tennessee legislators (in the US).
Jack Johnson, Senate Majority Leader in Tennessee, introduced legislation last week that would protect children from exposure to sexually explicit entertainment, including drag queen performances, on public and private property.
Johnson said, “I introduced this legislation, to protect children. There are certain performances, movies, and venues that are inappropriate for children, as current law prohibits strip clubs from admitting children. This legislation would also prohibit sexually suggestive drag performances from being performed on public property, or on any private property, without age restriction, where a minor may be present.”
