Synopsis: Francesco Forgione, since he was a child, has had visions of the Virgin Mary, of Jesus and also of the Devil. All this forges in him the desire to become a priest. After entering the order of the Capuchins with the name of Po de Pietrelcina, powers for which there is no scientific explanation are evident in him: he heals the sick, knows the name and problems of strangers to whom he predicts the future… When stigmata appear on his hands and feet in 1918, his devoted followers multiply and cause the Vatican to accuse him of being a trickster. Although he is not allowed to practice as a priest for a while, people continue to believe in his miracles. Shortly before his death in 1968, the Church recognized a work that would lead him to be sanctified in 2002 by John Paul II, the same one whom Father Po predicted decades ago, when he was just Karol Wojtyla, that he would become Dad.
