turn to us your merciful eyes,
and after this exile, show us Jesus,

When to pray Hail Regina?
The Salve Regina is one of the prayers that we learn during our initiation as Christians. From an early age, it is used for our formation in relation to our Catholic sense of the hand of the Virgin Mary.
Although it tends to be repetitive, the fact of contemplating it from the heart shows us a unique liturgical meaning. We are requesting forgiveness, help and protection from our most holy mother.
And in this way, may it become our guide to follow the path of Jesus our Lord. We can do it at any time of the day or for any particular need.
