USA- On October 31, many people overlook the dark meanings of Halloween and consider the festival a mere joke. Nevertheless, most of them are unaware of what it represents for occultists and satanists.
“You may not want to believe, but animals are often killed and small children abused on Halloween night”author Michael Snyder told Charisma News.
With special relevance in the United States, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom, Halloween originated in the festival of Samhain, celebrated by the Celts in the British Isles between 600-800 AD. It was a pagan celebration in favor of the deadwhich marked the end of summer between October 31 and November 2.
“Believe it or not, most of our current Halloween practices can be seen in these ancient pagan rituals and superstitions,” Snyder said.
In the Wiccan calendar, known as the “wheel of the year,” Samhain is one of the most important celebrations. Sorcerers believe that this is a time when, according to pagan culture, the “veil between the world of the living and the dead” grows thinner.
“You can make fun of such practices, but the reality is that they are very real. The dark side also has power, and those who came out of witchcraft can confirm some stories that will leave your hair standing on end, “said the author, who shared the experience of former witch Beth Eckert.
In her childhood, Beth was taken to a satanic ritual in a Mormon church. «On Halloween, Satanists use small children as sex idols to worship. Other children receive a much worse fate: death. “I know this may sound crazy to some, but it’s true,” she recounted. “If it weren’t for the grace and love of Jesus Christ, I wouldn’t be here.”
Reinforcing the Satanists’ view of Halloween, Snyder shared how the Church of Satan defines the holiday on his site: “Tonight, they smile at fans exploring their own inner darkness, for we know they enjoy their brief dive into the pool of the “shadow world”.
Satanists consider Halloween one of the most important holidays of the year. On page 96 of The Satanic Bible, Anton LaVey wrote: “After the birthday itself, the two main satanic holidays are Walpurgis (Walpurgis Night) and Halloween.”
Despite that, many Christians will take part in the Halloween festivities and even allow their children to participate. “There will be many people who read this article and continue to celebrate Halloween as they normally do”laments Snyder.
“If that’s you, then you need to understand that engaging in dark practices can open doors to spiritual darkness for you and your entire family. If you do, the choice is yours, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
