HAPPINESS IS FOUR STEPS AWAY

HAPPINESS IS FOUR STEPS AWAY

Many times we say that a site “is four steps away” to indicate that it is very close. Well, friends, happiness is four steps away. We all seek happiness, but we are not aware that it may actually be much closer than we think. In addition, once found, it will not be something ephemeral, but it can be permanent. So what are those four steps to achieve happiness?

1.- KEEP THE FAITH.

Faith is accepting the impossible, getting by without the indispensable, and coping with the intolerable.

Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible, and receives the impossible.

Faith is idle when circumstances are favourable; It is only in the face of adversity that we exercise our faith in God.

Faith, like a muscle, becomes strong and flexible with exercise.

We will never learn to have more faith as long as we are surrounded by comforts.

The greatest victories are the victories of faith.

What counts is not so much what we can do, but what we can believe God will do.

Faith ends where worry begins and worry ends where faith begins.

2.- PERSEVERE IN PRAYER

No one can live with doubts if they have prayed with faith.

God does not grant spins when there are no deposits.

To reach a high spiritual stature, you must first learn to kneel.

When you receive the daily bread for which you always pray, do not complain that it is not a cake.

Some people say that Heaven is far away. Those who are destined for him only need a few words to reach him.

Maybe our problems would be bigger if God answered all our prayers.

3.- FILL US WITH PEACE

Peace is not made at negotiating tables or with treaties, but in the hearts of men.

When Christ is Lord of the mind, peace is mistress of the day.

The peace of God surpasses all understanding and misunderstanding.

If we have peace in our souls, nothing will affect us.

Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of God, whatever the conflict.

4.- ENJOY HAPPINESS

Happiness is not found inside or outside of us, but is the fruit of our communion with God.

Being happy with what we have is the greatest of all riches.

The difference between spiritual and earthly pleasures is as great as the difference between a banquet one enjoys and one pictured on a wall.

There are two ways to be rich: one is to have everything you want, and the other is to be satisfied with what you have.

We will be happier if we give others a little piece of our heart, instead of a product of our mind.

Our heart is happier when it beats for others.

In summary:

The Word of God is the one that shows us how to be happy and how to maintain the joy of salvation permanently. The four steps that you have read are fundamental to obtaining and maintaining happiness. That is why, if we keep the faith, persevere in prayer and fill ourselves with peace, we will thus enjoy authentic happiness.
