Jeremiah 33:6 says, “Nevertheless, I will bring him health and healing; I will heal my people and allow them to enjoy abundant peace and security. Many times, like in the Old Testament, we rebel, neglect to take care of ourselves as You do, and end up sick and tired. But Father You are faithful to envelop us in Your healing love each time we return to You.
Forgive us for neglecting the care of the life you have entrusted to us. The life that You have specifically proposed to do more than we can ask or imagine. When we go our own way, we exhaust ourselves physically and mentally. Other times, we train physically but neglect our psyche. We often neglect our spiritual life.
Father, strengthen us to hold captive the joy with which you bless our lives daily. Help us to walk freely in your love. Because as Paul reminds us in 1 Timothy 4:8 (VOICE), “Though training your body has its rewards, godliness benefits all things: keeping the promise for life here and now and the promise for the life to come.” ». Send us more of your Holy Spirit, to help us focus on your Word daily. Give us hearts like Jesus. Amen

Heavenly Father, it seems I have been hit with a number of ailments at the same time, and the doctors don’t seem to know why this has happened, or how to treat me. Lord, You know exactly what is wrong with my body and I ask that You direct me to the right treatment to not only mask the conditions that have invaded my body, but to look for the root of the problem with my healthand allow it to be healed, I beg you.
Lord, I know that we are made in a wonderful and fearful way, and that You know the number of hairs on my head. You knew me before I was born and you programmed me every day of my life – so this disease is nothing unexpected for You. Heal me Lord, I beg you, in the way that seems best to you.
Lord, show me what to do, I beg you – if I need to change my eating habits, eliminate something from my diet, or do something I haven’t thought of, I ask you to direct me, or ask someone to give me some tip.
Lord, I wait for you and I ask that in your time and in your way you not only restore my body to all its health and strength, but that you give me your peace and serenity in my heart, knowing that in everything I am safe in the arms of my Savior, in whose name I pray, Amen.

Loving Lord, I just want to lift up my dear friend to You who has been a great comfort and strength to me for so many years but has finally been admitted to a hospice where she will spend her last weeks of life with dignity and respect as her life fades from her. Lord, I know I’m going to miss her so much.
Be with your Lord, at every moment of the day and night. Thank you Father that she must be cared for in an environment of care and understanding. Stay with her staff who will tend to her as her life flows from her and from the Lord – I pray that she will be very aware of Your presence with her, every moment of the day.
Lord, I know she is ready and longing to meet you face to face and I ask you to keep her free from the pain and suffering that so often haunts the advance of death. But praise God that the grave has lost its terrible sting and death has lost its victory, through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ… Praise your holy name.
Lord, I know I am going to miss my dear friend but my sadness has a wonderful tinge of hope and joy, because I know that soon we will all be together in Your company where we will be free from all sickness and sadness and You will wipe away every tear from our eyes. Oh Lord, I’m sick and I feel scared and alone, since I don’t have anyone who cares about me, I don’t have anyone who is really interested in me and I feel lost and alone and so vulnerable. And now Lord Jesus, I have fallen with this disease and I feel so bad Lord, I ask you to please make me well again and soon, and I lift my fallen spirit, I beg you.
I know Lord in my heart that I am not alone, because You are with me which is the real reason I pray to you now, because You promised to be with me and never leave me or forsake me even when everyone else does. Stay with me now, I beg you, reach out your healing hand of blessing and touch me Lord, I beg you. Please make me feel better, not only in my body, but also in my life, I beg you.
