.- A woman from Barquisimeto, Venezuela, was skinning the corpse of a dog to eat it, supposedly to satisfy her hunger.
Officials attached to the Iribarren municipality police force approached the vicinity of the El Cuvi catwalk where the woman was with the dog.
The police officers noticed a group of people who were visibly upset and made signs and calls for what was happening on the aforementioned catwalk.

At the site, the policemen found the Venezuelan woman with a piece of glass in her hand while she was skinning the animal.
During the interrogation, the woman stated that she was very hungry, so she decided to eat the dog that was lying on the road.
Immediately afterwards, the officials proceeded to collect the glass and remove the corpse of the animal that hours before had been run over by a vehicle that was circulating in the area, reports News from Barquisimeto.
