When to pray I confess?
I Confess is one of the prayers of Christians that symbolizes the repentance of sins. It is essential that it be performed frequently as a sign of contrition to show God that we are truly sorry for having offended him.
Initially, it was performed in Latin in all the masses in the world. With it we are confessing our sins and freeing our soul from all guilt. It is a way to be completely healed before receiving communion.
