Likewise, the Christian singer said that a few years ago, God had asked him to take a break from social networks, but he disobeyed.
Brunet said that in exchange for ignoring it, he got emotionally and physically sick, and faced circumstances from which he found it difficult to recover.
However, this year he said that he felt the call of God to fulfill what was entrusted: “I am obeying that feeling, and I am offering the Lord to get out of social networks, “he explained.
The singer said that his decision to leave the networks came from a personal call: “The secret is not to leave social networks, it is to LISTEN and OBEY what the Lord is asking of you,” reads his publication.
He also said that this decision includes losses due to platform algorithms, however, he said that he is willing to “lose followers to gain real disciples. I am willing to lose popularity, to gain more intimacy. I am willing to lose the opportunity of resources, to gain eternal treasures”, said Brunet”.
