Mary’s beauty
A mother is something so great and so beautiful that even God himself wanted to have one… Mary!
And since no one beats God in generosity, from the cross He gives the world that great and beautiful gift that is The Mother…. He gives us Mary, His Own Mother!…
Will the world ever value the magnitude of such a heritage?…
Will we be able to assess the width and the length, the height and the depth, in a word, will we be able to know That beyond all knowledge, which is the Love of Christ? (Eph:3:18).
Mary is the living chalice that carried Jesus as a host in her womb.
Mary sheltered in her womb the One whom neither the heavens nor the earth can contain.
Mary gave life to Who is Life.
Mary gave birth to Who is The Light of the World.
Mary fed with her virginal breasts Who is The Living Bread come down from heaven.
Maria taught him to take the first steps to Who is The way.
Mary explained the truths of the Faith to Who is The Truth.
Maria taught him to stammer the first syllables to Who is the Word of God.
Mary in Cana of Galilee “advances the time to Who is Eternal…. Who is The Alpha and the Omega.
Can we measure the value and beauty of this Mother?
That dying Christ, in his last testament, tells us: Son, here is Your Mother….and from that moment Mary gives birth to us in the painful birth of Calvary.
From that moment on, the most direct way to get to Jesus goes through Mary!
