To strengthen our relationship with God, we Christians are called to take a daily prayer time. The prayer performed in the morning, just when we get up, makes us available to the Lord, who wishes to accompany us throughout the day. “Lord, in the silence of this dawning day, I come to ask you for peace, wisdom and strength. Prayer of offering of your day of Saint Therese of Lisieux:

“My God, I offer you all the actions that I am going to do today according to the intentions of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and only for his glory; I want to sanctify the beats of my heart, my thoughts and my works, no matter how insignificant they may be, uniting them to your infinite merits and repair my faults by throwing them into the immense furnace of your merciful love.
Oh my God! I ask you for me and for my loved ones, the grace to fulfill your holy will with all perfection and accept for your love the joys and sorrows of this passing life, so that one day we will be reunited in Heaven for all eternity. Amen.”
