NEWSCHRISTIAN,COM.- The Brazilian pastor Anderson Silvaleader of the I Live For You Church in Brasilia (DF), once again caused controversy on social networks.
On this occasion, the pastor said what he thinks of the Christian group Kemuelafter the scandal that involved two singers that make up the team.
Answering the question box on his Instagram stories, a follower asked Anderson what he thought of the scandal caused by the band.
The pastor said that examples like the Kemuel group were what made him “give up that childhood of the gospel”, who lives a pattern of sin, but is part of the system that produces money.
Anderson’s response hinted that the group is in the gospel only because the segment makes money. He ended by saying that this attitude dishonors God and the church.
“Here’s why I gave up this gospel childhood, do you understand? You live a standard of sin, but you are part of the system that produces money, so you can live a life dishonoring the church and God”, the shepherd said.
The video published on the Fuxico Gospel Instagram page received the support of the majority of Internet users, who share the same thought as the religious.
“Everything for money, fame, that is, everything equal to the vast majority. No one wants to be born again and live for Christ, our sad evangelical reality.” said a follower.
