GUATEMALA.- Casa de Dios, with the support of Emprende and radio Attitude, will hold the first job fair with the intention of making it easier for people to find jobs. As well as for companies to find the personnel they need.
To achieve this objective, during November several activities have been carried out at the Casa de Dios Church directed by Pastor Cash Luna, in which human resources professionals have trained people to find that job opportunity they so badly need.
In a few weeks several companies have joined and already offer almost a thousand vacancies. The employment fair will be held this Sunday, November 26, at the temple (km 21 highway to El Salvador, Fraijanes) starting at 1:00 p.m.
Applicable to non-Christians
It is not necessary to be a Christian to apply for one of these vacancies, this event is aimed at the general public, since what is sought is to bring people closer to the bidding companies so that any Guatemalan can bring their CV to the temple and qualify for a job vacancy.
Raúl Marroquín, a member of the Cash Luna pastoral team and one of the promoters of the job fair, explains that Jesus valued people who worked hard. “As a church we see the needs of the population, this motivates us to develop initiatives like this, to be a bridge that unites companies with people,” he says.
