The pastor reacted to an interview where Farruko says that he will not change the lyrics of his song “Pepas”, because the fans pay for it.
In addition, Pérez criticized Farruko for saying in the interview that being a Christian does not mean giving up his gifts.
The pastor stated that Farruko is wrong to call himself a Christian: “This man, like many others, who call themselves Christians, are not; They’re probably trying, but they’re not.”
He also explained that Farruko is not a follower of God, because he has not borne fruit of repentance.
“A person who is on a deviated path, against the Word of God, repents and has to start walking on another path,” he explained.
The pastor said he made the video so that people would not take Farruko’s example.
The pastor warned that humanity is living a moment in which people want to accommodate the gospel to their convenience.
Likewise, the religious leader said that Julio Voltio and Héctor “El Father” are examples of converted evangelicals, unlike Farruko, because they are bearing fruit of repentance.
Lastly, the pastor pointed out that Satan wants to use celebrities to distort the gospel.
