Pizza Hut faces boycott for promoting ‘drag queen’ children’s book

CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.- Pizza Hut has been criticized for recommending reading material to kindergarten children that promotes drag queens as part of its Camp Book It program.

TikTok’s Libs tweeted part of an email from the restaurant chain recommending three books in support of Pride month. One of the books, titled “Big Wig,” is aimed at children ages 4 to 8.

People who oppose turning kids into drag queens are calling for a boycott of Pizza Hut, CBN News reports.

“Pizza Hut has gone completely insane, now we must make them completely crack,” Israeli author Brigitte Gabriel tweeted.

“Pizza Hut was started in Wichita and is primarily funded by Kansans. These people would be horrified that their incredible American success story is part of the effort to destroy America and her children,” American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp tweeted.

Boycott Pizza Hut, order Papa John’s instead. Better ingredients. Best pizza. Without waking up,” wrote author Nick Adams.

Another person argues that pushing these books to young children should be considered child abuse.

Well, that ended Pizza Hut for me. Suggest this book for children from 4 to 12 years old!? Allowing your child to be a drag queen and perform for adults, that is child abuse. #GoWokeGoBroke”
