Little Father Well, with what pleasure I come to prepare myself in your presence. Today I want to thank you enormously, Lord. I want to present myself before You with a humble, joyful and calm heart.
My God, in this life that I have you could not give me a better gift than my beloved mother. If I am something today, I owe a lot to the effort, to the sacrifice of that tender, hard-working and loving person that she is my mother.
I thank you, Most High, for your presence in my life. Thanks to her I have been able to achieve many things in the time I needed it. If I fell, she picked me up. If I felt sad, she was ready to give me a word of encouragement, she was ready to let me know how much she loved me and how much she cared.
In my most difficult days, she gave me her unconditional support. She was by my side when I needed her and, moreover, when I felt I could do things on my own. And, Lord, on this day, I admit my mistakes. I apologize before You because many times I did not understand that my mother’s advice, her words of love for me were only attempts to make me a good person. So many times I reneged believing they were just words that weren’t going to help me.
I acknowledge, Father, that I have sinned. My mother, being so good, she never stopped being there for me. And now I realize that she always did everything to support me. What great love hers! In times when she might be in trouble, she never put her needs before mine; She always thought that I was her most precious asset and that she had to sacrifice anything to make me feel good. Beautiful mother, such a good mother. Thank you for her, good God.
And now that I know everything that I tell you, my Lord, I rejoice in You. Thank you for such a wonderful gift as she is my mother. Time has taught me that there is nothing more valuable to me, after You, than her. She who took care of me since my childhoodeducate me in your Holy Word and become who I am now.
Father Well, you have allowed such a beautiful and dedicated woman to take care of me. Thank you eternally, Lord. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be so loved, by a person who has always been looking out for me.
When life surprised me with bitter days, my mother was there to comfort me. And now, God, I ask you for her, for her health, for her well-being. Being so good, so nice to everyone, let her continue spreading her love towards her loved ones, towards all those who need encouragement to continue in the fight, to all those who need a hug of comfort, a phrase of motivation, allow, Lord, that she continue to help the world as she does.
Give him, Father, a lot of life so that I can honor his presence. Give her health so that she can enjoy beautiful days with me. Lord, she allows us both to live in your light of love. And that, in your infinite mercy, I find forgiveness for the sins I have committed. Perhaps some fault that, unintentionally or without realizing it, may have offended her. But I know very well that, if there was something that could have offended her, she would have forgiven me long before.
Take good care of her, my Lord. Protect her with your great love, be the star in her path. She knows of You, she loves You above all things and she lives according to your precepts, My Lord. Grant her the opportunity to live more beautiful experiences with her family. Preserve her health, my Father. Always illuminate her steps.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a mother like mine. My God, your great love is reflected in all the love she gives me.
