Prayer for Forgiveness
We were born from sin and as human beings made of flesh we are susceptible to fall into temptations and sin which usually brings negative consequences to our lives, hurting the people around us and God himself.
It is through the real regret our actions and from prayer how we can get forgiveness from our loved ones and from God and ask the Father to guide us on the right path.

Oh my beloved Almighty God!
You are a source of mercy and benevolence
you have goodness in abundance
and you are not in a hurry to anger,
I come before you repentant with pure heart and soul
to ask you for an act of forgiveness,
because I have not listened to your commandments
I have fallen into temptation and sin
and I have erred in my way.
Grant me your forgiveness, Eternal Father,
and bless me and protect me
So that I don’t get out of your way again.
I beg you to forgive this sinner who is your faithful servant.

Prayer to apologize to a person
Relationships between people are quite complex. Sometimes we hurt a person even unintentionally. Practice this prayer for God to intercede for a person’s forgiveness.
I come before You, Merciful Father,
because I confess that I have been a sinner,
that I have done wrong and have not complied,
and it has not been my true will to hurt (name person)
But that’s the way it was and I regret it.
My Lord, You who can see through my soul
and read my thoughts
judge if I deserve the forgiveness of (name person),
and if so, intercede for me to forgive;
I entrust myself in your hands,
and I pray that your holy will be done.

Asking for forgiveness is difficult, but it is more difficult to forgive. Go to this prayer so that God helps you in the act of forgiving and forgetting the wrongs received.
My Well Beloved God,
you are a source of wisdom and forgiveness
enlighten me on this day
and let me distinguish the good heart from the false heart.
If there really is genuine repentance,
and the true promise to act according to your designs,
give me the ability to forget the grievances received
give me a good heart and not a spiteful one,
so teach me to forget
because a heart of true repentance is good for a Christian heart;
I trust that your just will be done
and for that I entrust myself to your hands

Asking for forgiveness must be done with sincerity and from the heart. The Lord cannot be deceived so do your prayers if you truly repent of your deeds. If you are the one who forgives, open your heart and feelings to the Lord so that he can give you spiritual guidance and know what decision to make. The truly repentant person does not relapse into sin and fights against sin.
