O good and everlasting God, Most High Lord, On this day I come before you because I believe in your presence, I believe in Your love and in Your Most Holy Mercy, I believe that you are by my side guiding me and accompanying me everyday of my life. Yor I believe that you know my feelings, my thinking and my acting, for we can hide nothing from You, Lord. You know everything and you know in your heart every time we act under your divine teachings, but you also know all the times we’ve fallen, that we have been weak and that we have failed you, Lord.
That’s why on this day I come repentant to ask your forgiveness, Father, with a contrite heart I return to You Y I ask you to forgive me for those faults committed, for that sin that hurts me so much, not only me, but also everyone around me and above all to You, my wonderful God. I recognize that I am weak, dearest Lord, willpower is not enough to avoid falling into temptation, not to give in to the instigations of the enemy.

Today I come before You to cry out to your mercy, Lord, because I know that your goodness knows no limits, because I know that you are the only one who can help me change my life, to walk on paths of good and blessing.
Forgive me if I have broken your name and your commandments. Pforgive me if with my actions I have told you that I do not love you, but I want to tell you now in my prayer, Lord, that I love you with all my heart, that I am really sorry and I want to change, I want you to give me a new opportunity to move on, because I know that you are a just and merciful God.
