Blessed Lord, I am grateful for so many blessings that I have received from You, for so much love and understanding, thank you for being my greatest support in times of frustration and pain, Thank you for staying by my side and fighting hand in hand with me to defeat my adversities.
I kneel before You, my God, in addition to thanking You, asking You to give me health and physical well-being, to be able to enjoy my life as expected, I would like to be able to enjoy my years of life in pleasant conditions, share every moment with family and friends, I would like my God that you would remove the disease from my life, May all evil be far away and may I keep myself healthy.
I ask you my Lord, help me to be aware of my health, and understand that my body is a temple and as such, I must be the first person to take care of it. Help me to be more responsible with my health, Lord, to ensure a good diet, good habits, to keep me away from vices, because it is useless for me to ask you for health, if on the other hand I do nothing to improve it.
Give me the joy, beloved Father, of being able to carry out my activities in full use of my faculties, that I can perform at home, at work, with friends, in the best way to be of optimal benefit to my environment, and above all, to myself, my God.
I would like you to help me, dear God, to leave excuses and laziness aside, because I need to take care of the instrument that you have given me, which is my body. Help me to keep it healthy, stable, so that it can inspire others to follow a healthy life. . That I can do everything necessary to maintain my health, because if I take care of myself, Lord, if I take care of the perfect temple that You gave me, then You will take care of my health, you will strengthen it and I will be able to enjoy the joy of being healthy.
And if right now I am going through episodes of pain in illness, moments of uncertainty, of constant medical tests and doubts that disconsolate me, I ask you to be the one who gives me that health that I need so much, May it be You who heals me, who clarifies all my doubts and comes to put calm and tranquility in my daily walk.
In this prayer, beloved Father, I also ask you for my friends and family who are going through hard times or are battling illnesses. give them comfort to understand that your times are perfectthat they can understand that everything is happening according to your plan.
Help them to face the disease with courage, with strength and with a lot of encouragement, so that they do not fall into stress and despair. I ask you to cover them with your protective mantle so that they feel safe with you, give them your hand and lead them along the path of hope so that their faith does not falter.
To the children who are fighting cancer or some other disease, help them to face their fight with a sense of humor, so that they do not feel how hard and difficult their treatments are, that they can meet along the way with quality professionals and full of love for their brothers, that they know how to understand what they are going through.
Lord of mercy, I implore you with fervor, to take care of me and mine, to keep all evil from my body and that if it is your will that I go through some illness, that I can do it always thinking of You, knowing that I do not you abandon me or forsake me under any circumstances.
Father, do not allow me to deny You or your will, help me to accept what you have prepared for me, it will be very difficult as it is sad news, but over time I will know how to understand that everything has a purpose on your side, my Lord.
