We must be grateful at all times and one of the ways to thank God for his provision is by making a prayer to bless food for God is pleased with children who manifest actions of gratitude. Those who are pleased to recognize that he is the one who provides for him every day.
The Bible encourages us to cultivate this quality. For the Apostle Paul said: be thankful and he himself was a model in this sense. For example: he always thanked God when someone accepted the message he preached. Our creator gives us an excellent example as proof that we should be thankful with a prayer for food and even for simple things.
The word of God says (2 Corinthians 9:11) “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and so that through us your generosity results in thanksgiving to God.” A grateful heart is what God wants us to have and that is why I share this prayer to give thanks for food.

God at this moment we thank you for your love and your mercy, we are grateful because you bless us by giving us provision day by day.
Lord, we thank you for these foods that you have allowed to reach our table to feed us together as a family, at this time I beg you to clean these foods that we will now share and bless the hands that prepared them, we thank you.
Bless these foods that we are preparing to consume today and bless, Lord, those people who do not have food in their homes. I declared and decree that you will provide for them so that they have to eat.
Lord, bless this food, we sanctify these foods and declare that they are not lacking at this table and that you are the lord of this home, that food will not be lacking because you provide it. You are powerful and give us spiritual and physical riches. Thank you Lord we are grateful for your wonders, your powerful works.
Thank you Lord for your goodness and today we want to bless your name you accompany us and do not forsake us day or night; May your presence always be in this home.
Thank you beloved father. Bless our entrance and our exit in the name of Christ.
Almighty God Thank you I give you purify food and that we do not lack daily bread, I ask you in the name of your beloved son Jesus, I thank you because we will share these delicious foods as a family that this daily bread is not lacking on the table day that is beneficial to our body in the name of Jesus amen.
