Holy Father, like every day, I find myself here before You, to give thanks for everything you give me, because you allow me to live in this world and enjoy its riches.
I am grateful to you my Lord, because you have provided me with everything, You have given me everything I need to live well, to live in peace and share with my family and friends, you gave me this house Father, where I can go every day and rest from my responsibilities.
Thank you my Lord, because food is never lacking on my table, because every day you provide us with delicious fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. that nourish our body and give us the necessary energy to face our challenges, our tests, and our daily experiences.
I feel happy Father, because I can work and obtain the sustenance that my family and I need, thank you for blessing me and allowing my family to enjoy their daily bread, thank you because I can meet their needs my God, thanks to my good health
Lord bless the food that with effort arrives at my table for the good of my family, bless them so that they can be of benefit, so that they can keep mine in good health, and that it gives them the energy that their bodies need.
Bless those who are going to taste these foods, so that they are for their benefit, and that their body can receive all the necessary nutrients to stay full of life throughout the day, so that they can develop their abilities without details.
Blessed Father, bless also those people who work in the cultivation and development of each food, because thanks to them we can enjoy a great variety of foods, fruits and vegetables of different species, because thanks to them the food reaches us.
Bless Lord, the hands of those who have prepared these foods, give them health and a lot of energy to continue with this hard work in the kitchen, and thank you for having given them this wonderful gift.
I ask you my Lord, that you allow us to always be grateful, that we do not take for granted the food that you give us daily, that we learn to value every morsel that reaches our mouths, because I am aware, Lord, that many of my brothers are going hungry today.
Allow us, Lord, to be generous, to be kind to those who do not have a hot plate of food on their table, for those who have not had a bite this day, help us to be able to share what we have and do good to our neighbor.
I ask you for my low-income brothers, Lord, that food is not lacking on their tables Lord, that in some way they can sustain their home this day and those to come, give them strength and a lot of energy to continue working and fighting for their well-being, that they never stop persevering to achieve what they dream of.
Food is so important in our lives my God, and they are so constant, that many times we forget their importance, we forget the sacrifice and effort with which they were acquired, allow us to always be pleasant, and allow us to value everything that comes to our home, because what we have today is needed by many.
