Many of us have been tempted on more than one occasion, by the honeys and delights of alcohol, perhaps without realizing that it is actually a monster, that little by little gets into our lives and destroys them, ends with our personal relationships, with our economic resources, do not let us progress, and can even turn us into violent and angry people.
For this reason, on this new day, we want to share with you this miraculous prayer, to ask our beloved Jesus Christ, that with his great power he heals us from the disease of alcoholism, keeps us away from this vice and does not let us fall into his clutches. .
We invite you to pray this prayer with all the faith of your heart, for nine days in a row or as long as you think necessary, so that our Savior Jesus Christ gives us temperance and decision, to be able to cut off alcohol once and for all. , and thus from his hand, to be able to resume and rebuild our lives.

Blessed and adored Jesus Christ, savior of my soul and my being, on this new day I approach you, with great humility and repentance for all my faults, all my mistakes and all my sins, with the intention of asking for your blessed help, so that you intervene in my life urgently, because I want to put aside the vice of alcohol, which is really seriously harming me.
Almighty Heavenly Father, today I open my hands to pray to you with fervor, because I am already tired of thinking about this situation in which I find myself, since many times I have denied myself that I am sick, that alcohol has taken over me, I have always said that I control it, that I am very resistant; but the truth is that my body is broken and my spirit is in constant struggle, since I do not find satiety in drink, and I feel that desire possesses me and that I lose my life little by little.
My good Jesus, I also confess to you, that I only wanted to be a social drinker, I only wanted to be close to other people, to have a good time, moments of joy and jubilation, but this desire turned into a nightmare, because little by little It was consuming me, the alcohol was getting inside me, making me want it more and more, even destroying the things or people I love.
Lord, alcohol has only left me with small moments of happiness or jubilation, which I thought was the ideal for my life, because I only worked for him, I used all my strength to be with him, but seeing time go by, seeing how it has destroyed my body, my mind and what surrounds me, today I want to leave it definitively; but I know that I will not succeed, if you are not with me, supporting me and guiding me at all times, to be able to overcome it.
That is why I ask you, Lord, to take my life and my mind, to take control of this terrible disease, send it away from me and destroy it definitively:

Lord Jesus, my beloved Creator and Savior, I believe in you and with great confidence, I know that with your great power, you will free me very soon from this suffering that I am going through, I know that you will break the chains of vice in my life and everything will change in a positive way.
Lord, fill me with the will not to give in to the temptation that comes my way on a daily basis, give me the strength to be able to overcome the barriers that will come my way and that will want to make me fall again, keep away all the people who continue to want to see me in perdition, that they don’t want me to get up and rebuild my life.
Holy Jesus, please send me your Holy Spirit, so that it covers me at every moment, so that together with your power, cleanse my soul and my body, free me once and for all, because I no longer want to be hated anymore, so I beg you, give me the strength I need to move on.
Beloved Savior, my good and adored Jesus Christ, worker of wonderful miracles, today I bow before your presence to receive your blessing, and that you help me to get out of the pit that I had dug myself.
Lord, I earnestly ask you to give me all the necessary strength to be able to fight this disease from now on, please do not leave me alone, do not abandon me in these dark hours, since I do not want to be a prisoner of drink, well I just want to find peace and happiness.
