You have come to visit me
as a Father and as a Friend.
Jesus, don’t leave me alone.
Stay, Lord, with me!
Through the world wrapped in shadows
I am a wandering pilgrim.
Give me your light and your grace.
Stay, Lord, with me!
in this precious moment
hugged I’m with you.
May this union never fail me.

Join me in life.
Your presence I need.
Without You I faint and fall.

Declining is the afternoon.

THANKSGIVING
I thank you, my Jesus, for the favor you have done me by coming to me.
If when I receive any gift, I give thanks, how many more will I give to You, who have given me Yourself in person!
Thanks be given to you for such a great benefit. Now I can say that I am yours, and you are all mine.
In return for this benefit, I will try to lead a holier, purer, more pleasing life for You. Amen.

PSALM OF LOVE TO JESUS
Love
I love you as the Angels and Saints love you, who are with you in Heaven.
Oh Jesus, I love you and I want all men to know and love you.
I love you for so many infidels who do not know you and for so many impious people who blaspheme you.
I love you for so many heretics who deny you and for so many bad Christians who offend you.
I love you for the damned in hell, who will never have the joy of loving you.
Worship
I adore you, my Jesus, within my soul, because you are my Creator and my Lord.
I adore you, as the Angels of Heaven who are in your presence adore you.
I adore you as the Angels who are around your altars adore you.
I adore you as your Most Holy Mother adores you; I adore you inside my heart.

PRAYER OF PIETY
PROSTRATED at your feet, O Jesus, I address to you with all fervor the following supplications:
EYES OF JESUS, LOOK AT ME. Now that you are in me, look at my soul and save it.
LIPS OF JESUS, SPEAK TO ME. Tell me what I must do to sanctify myself.
OH FEET OF JESUS, FOLLOW ME. I don’t want to go anywhere bad from now on.
HAND OF JESUS, BLESS ME. With your blessing it will be easy for me not to sin.
HEART OF JESUS, LOVE ME. Knowing that You love me, I want and desire nothing more.
ARM OF JESUS, LEAD ME. Guide me along the path of good and separate me from evil.

PRAYER OF TRUST
HEART of Jesus, I trust in You and I hope that You will grant me the graces I need to imitate You and be a true saint.
Through your Heart, now so united to mine, I ask you not to allow me to ever separate myself from You because of mortal sin.
For your Heart, so humiliated, make my heart meek and humble.
For your Heart, so mortified, give me strength to be able to distance myself from everything that could put me in danger of offending you.
For your obedient Heart, make me obedient to my parents and superiors.
For your so pious Heart, grant me the spirit of piety towards God, and to do my devotions with perfection.
For your Heart so chaste and pure, give me the gift of purity and chastity. Amen.

PRAYER OF REFUGE IN JESUS
Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Let us ask Jesus to make us saints and not to sin.
Body of Christ, save me. We have a soul; We must save her at all costs.

O my Jesus, attend to my prayer:
I fear hell; but I hope in you.
I fear mortal sin; but I hope you will give me grace not to fall into it.
I am afraid to present myself before You; but I hope that you will give me a sentence of salvation.
I fear the scandals of the world; but I hope that with your grace they will not deceive me.
I fear bad company; but I hope you will help me to get away from them.
I hope, my Jesus, to go to Heaven. Help me.
I hope to always live in the grace of God.
I hope to appear clean before You.

PRAYER OF PURPOSES
I have just received Communion: I have just received you, Jesus, in me. Listen to my purposes.
Do I get angry easily? Does pride control me? I have a bad temper? I will correct myself.
Am I misbehaving with my family? Do I upset my parents? I’ll behave better.
Do I read any book, novel or magazine with stories or figures that are not very decent? I won’t read them anymore
Do I have a dangerous friendship? I will leave her. My first friend will always be Jesus.
Do I not fulfill my duties in the study or at work? I will fulfill them for the love of Jesus. Do I entrust myself to God? Do I lazily leave my prayers? I will pray them every day.
Am I too fond of the game? I will play, but with order and in due time.
Do I have a defect, of which you have warned me many times? I will try to make amends.

THE CONVERSATION WITH JESUS
JESUS: Are you happy to have received me?
Young man: I can’t deny it, my Jesus; I feel in the bottom of my heart a great joy.
JESUS: Wouldn’t you like to always have an intimate friendship with me?
Young: Yes, I would like that very much.
JESUS. It depends on you; I love you.
Young: It’s true; but there is one thing in me that hinders me to be in your company
JESUS: Tell me, which one is this?
Young man: I will tell you my good Jesus. They are the passions of my heart.
JESUS: Precisely one of the effects of Communion is to calm those Passions.
Young man: Oh Jesus, I will try to receive Communion frequently and with all the fervor possible.
Jesus, keep my soul from sin.
Jesus, instill in me all virtue.
Jesus, make me know how to imitate you.

THE CONVERSATION WITH MARY
MARY: You have already received my Son. As I had him in my arms, you have him in your heart. Thank you for this visit.
Young man: Yes, my goodness, I would like to be very grateful to you: but how can I do it?
MARÍA: Loving him very much and treating him well, that is, not throwing him out with mortal sin.
Young man: This is what I ask of Jesus: that nothing separates me from Him.
MARÍA: I feel sorry for certain young people who receive Jesus, it’s true, but immediately turn their backs on him!
Young: Is this possible? Receive Jesus and soon after abandon him?
MARÍA: Yes, this is what those who take communion in the morning do, and then they go with bad company, and bad shows.
Young: Well, I promise I won’t be one of these. Help me know how to comply.

REQUESTS
You have said, O Jesus: Ask and you shall receive. So I come to ask you:
…may you be everywhere better known, more loved, more adored;
… may you bless and support the Pope of Rome, your representative on earth
… that you increase the Priests and Missionaries who work for the salvation of souls;
…that those who are in the grace of God do not fall into sin and that sinners convert to You and not be condemned;
… that you bless and sanctify my parents, brothers, relatives, friends and enemies, so that we all serve you on earth and enjoy you together in Heaven;
…that you bless all my superiors and those in charge of my education.
And for me I ask these three graces:
do not commit any mortal sin…
give me a good and holy death…
that, when dying, you open the gates of Heaven for me.

THE WORDS OF JESUS
Jesus speaks to the heart of the one who has just received Communion and tells him:
What good is it for a man to gain the whole world if he goes to hell?
Learn from Me, who am meek and humble of Heart.
Blessed are those whose hearts are clean from sin, for they will see God.
Be vigilant and pray so that you do not fall into temptation.
He who takes my Body in Holy Communion dwells in Me, and I in him.
I have all power in Heaven and on earth. Trust in Me. I have overcome the world.
I am the good shepherd, and you are my sheep. Listen to my words.
If you ask me for something, I will grant it to you, if it suits your soul.
I have come into the world, so that those who believe in Me do not walk in darkness.

I LOVE YOU I DEVOTE YOU
I adore you fervently, hidden deity,
that you are under these hidden forms;
to you my heart surrenders whole,
