Prayer to beg the intercession of Saint Vincent Ferrer
My most glorious father Saint Vincent, my most lovable benefactor, convinced of the glory and power that you enjoy before God, and that you exercise in favor of all your true devotees, and also encouraged by great confidence in your powerful patronage, I come to visit you Humble, I prostrate myself before your holy image, like a son before his loving father, like a poor vassal before his generous king, like an afflicted patient before his compassionate doctor. See me here kneeling at your blessed feet, full of sorrows and sorrows, illnesses and miseries, full, in short, of all kinds of needs in the soul and in the body. I have come to you with all my faith and all my trust so that you deign to remedy me, taking me out of anguish and granting me the favors that I ask of you.
Help me, then, my Holy One, most powerful and gracious; heal me from the ailments that afflict me; reach me from God the grace to convert wholeheartedly to Him from him and to serve him until death; console me and encourage me in all my works with your holy assistance; deliver me from all the dangers that surround me on all sides and always preserve the health that I need in soul and body so that in this way I can fulfill the divine commandments and the obligations of my own state, and can also continue to honor yourself with devotion fervent and with all my tender gratitude for your kindness as a true father to me.
Listen to me, my Saint, benignly welcoming my cries; and by granting me the favors that I ask and expect of you, grant me also the great joy of imitating you in your precious virtues, especially in love for Jesus Christ, our Divine Redeemer, in charity towards my neighbors, in the mortification of my senses, in the tender and constant devotion to our most loving Mother, the Most Holy Virgin of the Rosary, and, finally, in the continuous meditation of my death and of the tremendous day of judgment. So be it.

My most loving Father and Protector, Saint Vincent Ferrer! Reach me a living and sincere faith to properly value divine things, rectitude and purity of customs like the one you preached, and burning charity to love God and neighbor. You, who never left those who trust in you comfortless, do not forget me in my tribulations. Give me the health of the soul and the health of the body. Remedy all my ills. And give me perseverance in good so that I can accompany you in glory for all eternity. Amen.
