Reflection

In moments of depression or sadness, do not start to remember the bad, but rather remember everything beautiful that you have had or have experienced, alone or with that person who accompanied you. Do not start to believe that you are alone, remember that God is for you, that he will listen to you, that he will come to your call and you will find peace in your heart to overcome everything that is happening.
