Red heifer sacrifice could take place in a year in Jerusalem

CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.-The sacrifice of one red cow could take place in mount of olives in Jerusalem within 13 months.

Texas businessman Byron Stinson is the key man in locating and helping bring five red heifers from the United States to Israelsaid that finding the cows ready for the sacrifice it was not the only target.

Boneh Israel, the organization with which Stinson is involved, also bought land on the Mount of Olives who meets the requirements for a biblical sacrifice outside a templereports Charisma News.

Stinson explained that a sacrifice does not require a new temple. It can also be carried out at a certain height and direction, and the plot in the mount of olives Meets these requirements.

“This is a big step, this is a big sign. Yes We can do the ceremony in a year and a half, or two years. It does not mean that the temple is going to be built within a year, 10 years or 40 years, 100 years… because you have the ashes. Solomon had the ashes of the red heifer and then it lasted 1000 years,” he explained.

He also added: “The red heifer doesn’t mean you have to build right away. However, I think it’s like a key that starts the engine”.

The five red cows landed in israel about two weeks ago with much fanfare, celebration, speculation about the recent times and also a dose of health cynicism.

Certain rabbis have determined that all cows are ritually clean for slaughter, for now. They must remain intact and red to be slaughtered. when they are over two years old.
