– Members of religious organizations met on Saturday afternoon (8), in the State of Almanza (in Mexico), to form the so-called “Great march for life and family”, to demonstrate against the decriminalization of abortion.
Pastor Ricardo Anchondo, president of the Evangelical Ministerial Confraternity of Chihuahua, (CMECH), called since last Thursday to participate in the demonstration, along with Superintendent Cruz Velázquez, of the Assembly of God, as well as Pastor Erik Mantilla, reports El Heraldo de Chihuahua.
Route
The tour began from Avenida División del Norte, from where the contingent moved towards Avenida Tecnológico, where they walked down, until they took Avenida Juárez, and finally head to the Plaza Mayor.
“The march is not against the people, but in favor of life, and the family, and against the laws and initiativeswhich cause families to be affected and thus grow, the deterioration of the social fabric”, commented one of the organizers of the event.
The tour started at 17:15, and it was carried out by hundreds of people with the accompaniment of four Civil Protection patrolsand one from the Road Police, while a musical group from the same religious organizations played praises to liven up the tour.
“Respect for life from conception”
With banners demanding the “respect for life from conception”, “Let’s save both lives”and dressed in white, with sky blue scarves, a recognized symbol of the pro-life faction, the religious group, shared his message “no to abortion” to the population.
It is worth mentioning that early In the afternoon, a large bandstand was set up in the Plaza Mayor, where then the people of the march, and finally, they received a message from the organizers, as well as enjoyed the music performed by the evangelical groups.
