Reproaches of Our Lord Jesus Christ

Reproaches of Our Lord Jesus Christ

You call me Lord, and you do not obey me.

You call me Light, and you don’t see me.

You call me the Way, and you do not follow me.

You call me Life, and you do not want me.

You call me Wise, and you do not listen to me.

You call me Rico, and you don’t ask me.

You call me Friend, and you do not trust Me.

You call me King, and you are of no use to me.

You call me Kind, and you fear me.

You call me Master, and you don’t ask me.

You call me the Truth, and you don’t believe me.

You call me Love, and you don’t let yourself be loved.

You call me Doctor, and you won’t let me cure you.

You call me Door, and you stay outside.

You call Me the Whole, and it has no room for Me.

You call me the Good Shepherd, and you run away from me.

You call me the One, and you live like I don’t exist.

You call me God, and you neither love nor fear me.

And… if you’re damned, don’t BLAME ME.
