“On August 4, 2014, this was the day I knew for sure that I would never have to worry about my mom again,” Baldwin’s son said on Instagram.
“When my mom made this request, I told my wife, ‘Don’t worry, we’ll do it on our next trip.’ But Kenya said, ‘No, my love, we’ll christen her tomorrow,’ Stephen explained.
Baldwin “thanked God” for his wife’s encouragement and his mother’s willingness to be baptizedinformed the portal celebrityland.
For his part, Carol’s youngest son referred to his spiritual impact and recounted a family episode.
Fight against cancer
After surviving breast cancer, Carol joined various support groups to fight the disease.
Their combined efforts have raised millions of dollars for the cause. His son Alec stated: “My mother taught me about second acts. And third parties too. She spent the last 25 years of her life as a fighter and champion of the cause to which she devoted so much energy. We are all enormously proud of her accomplishments.”
Carol passed away in New York at the age of 92, leaving behind six children, 25 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
