Teacher urges students to ‘jump off a bridge’ for displaying anti-Biden flag

CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.- An elementary school teacher in California has caused quite a stir since she posted a video on Instagram in which she urged students to “jump off a bridge.”

The teacher said that after a group of students waved an anti-Biden flag. Students flew the flag, along with an American flag and a military flag, on Nov. 10 in the parking lot of Paso Robles High School, ahead of Veterans Day.

The flag containing the profanity was raised for a few minutes before the students were ordered to remove it, Fox News reports.

Kristin Usilton, who is a teacher at Bauer Speck Elementary School, shared her disapproval of the flag in a video on his Instagram account. In the recording, Usilton commented: “The Conservative Club of students from Paso Robles High School, they can jump off a bridge.”

Usilton then made another video in an attempt to justify his comments.

“When I said ‘jump off a bridge,’ I just meant go away. I won’t be using that term again due to the incredible influx of messages I received about it. But if that’s what you focused on in that message, you’re part of the problem,” he said.
