Normally we end our day exhausted, fatigued from the stress of the world, with very heavy loads that make us feel sad or discouraged, and even feel like fainting.
For this reason, today we bring you this prodigious night prayer, to go to bed without worries or anguish and to achieve the long-awaited rest of the mind and body, free your thoughts and deliver your plans, your projects, your life and your family to God and manage to reconcile a placid and restful sleep.
Say this prayer every night before going to bed or for nine days in a row if you have a special need, as always with a lot of faith and love.

Loving Heavenly Father, tonight I want to exalt your holy and powerful name, and give you thanks for the day that ends. I also want to beg you Lord, so that your radiant light illuminates my sleeping hours, I want to ask you to grant me a refreshing rest so that tomorrow I can wake up refreshed, with health, life and energy to start a new day.
Dear Father, protect me and defend me from evil tonight, deliver me from any nightmare or danger that may come close to my life, allow the light of heaven to illuminate my dreams and if it is your will, allow me to dream of your paradise of love.
Beloved God, today I come on my knees before you, because you better than anyone, you know my problems and difficulties and you can help me solve them.
