The sacraments
Sacramento is a sensitive sign, instituted by Jesus Christ, to give us grace. Grace is a supernatural gift that God grants us to achieve eternal life.

Baptism makes us Christians, children of God and members of the Church.
Confirmation fills us with the Holy Spirit with his gifts, and makes us perfect Christians and apostles of Christ.
Penance or Confession forgives us the sins committed after Baptism.
The Eucharist or Communion is the sacrament of the body and blood of Jesus Christ under the species of bread and wine.
The Anointing of the Sick soothes the soul and body of the seriously ill Christian.
Priesthood is the sacrament by which some Christians are elevated to the dignity of ministers of God (priests).

The baptism

The sacrament of Penance or Confession is one of the greatest gifts that the mercy of Christ has left us so that we may live supernatural life.
To confess well you need:
1 Examination of conscience.
2 Grief for the sins committed.
3 Purpose to make amends from them.
4 Confess to the priest all mortal sins.
5 Fulfill the penance that was imposed on us.

21.- Have I cheated others by charging more than I should?
22.- Do I give alms according to my possibilities?

24.- Have I told lies that harmed others?
25.- Have I spoken ill of others? Have I thought ill of others?
26.- Have I been envious?
27.- Have I been proud?
28.- Do I do my work well and punctually? Do I offer them to God every day?
29.- Have I stopped giving the appropriate help to the Church?
30.- Do I remember God in the morning and at night?
way to confess
