.- The page know the truth published a video about the “prophet” Ana Méndez Ferrell in which she appears asking the faithful for thousands of dollars and expensive offerings in the name of God.
During the sermon, the “prophet” made comments in which she makes it clear that those who do not have money are spiritually poor.
At one point during the sermon, the shepherdess called those who had no money to come forward, and then charged against them that their “land is arid and that is why they have no finances.”
During the service, Ferrell identified as princes of Israel those who offered a thousand dollars.
“You read in the Bible, it says: ‘I put from my personal treasure, says David.’ The princes say: ‘And give an account of those who gave.’ Because God wanted the written account of those who gave to remain, because they are the princes, because they are the ones to whom the Kingdom of God will come in finances”.
In addition, the preacher urged those who did not offer, to leave their personal information such as name, address and telephone number to commit them to giving the money in the future.
The preacher also told the faithful that perhaps God did not ask them for money but for cars, garments or land.
Likewise, Ferrell asked the faithful to no longer give little money, but to make efforts to give good offerings.
The Know the Truth video post went viral, with Facebook users accusing Ferrell of misleading the faithful and profiting from the gospel.
“It is incredible that there are still people who deceive them with these tricks, if the gospel is free. Salvation is a gift from our Lord Jesus Christ,” said user Antonio Portillo.
