You expired, Jesus, but Your death gave rise to a spring of life for souls and the ocean of Your mercy flooded the whole world. Oh, Source of Life, unfathomable divine mercy, flood the entire world pouring on us until Your last drop.
Oh, Blood and Water that flowed from the Heart of Jesus, spring of mercy for us, I trust in You.
Note: The Lord told Saint Faustina Kowalska the following about the three o’clock prayer:
At three o’clock in the afternoon, implore My mercy, especially for sinners; and, even for a brief moment, immerse yourself in My passion, particularly in My abandonment at the moment of agony. This is the hour of great mercy for the whole world. I will allow you to enter My mortal pain. In this hour, I will not refuse anything to the soul that asks Me for something by virtue of My passion.
