CHRISTIANNOTICE.COM.- The Constitutional Court of Spain did not rectify a sentence, thus declaring legal the payment of a monetary debt through sexual favors.
This is a case, where a woman asked her brother-in-law for 15,000 euros and then had to “return” them with oral sex, reports ABC.
According to local media, the Court explained: “it does not assess whether asking for fellatio as a means of payment is illegal or not.” The case was resolved by the Provincial Court of Palma de Mallorca, assuring that said request did not constitute a crime.
ABC had reported the case, which occurred in 2019. At that time, a 38-year-old woman asked her 58-year-old ex-brother-in-law for a loan of 15,000 euros. However, she did not imagine that the man explained to her how she should pay said debt.
According to the same medium, the complainant said that the man told her that the woman “should give him two or three blowjobs a week.” The W also learned that the two met repeatedly for sexual favors in a car.
The case has generated controversy because the woman assured that she was sexually harassed, while the Constitutional Court of Spain assured that the payment of the debt with sex was not a crime.
Despite the declaration of the judicial authorities, the woman assured that she was intimidated and in addition to the first requests, “intended to go further” with the sexual favors that they had talked about at first.
He also revealed that he had received harassing messages from his ex-brother-in-law saying that he should pay the debt.
