CHRISTIANNOTICE.COM.- Farruko, the famous singer, known worldwide for the song “Pepas”, in which he talks about the euphoria provided by drugs in nightclubs, surprised his fans.
During a concert held in Miami, he apologized for the written lyrics, for the attitudes shown throughout his career and, above all, emphasized his new spiritual interest, reports Infobae.
Previously, Farruko had had some approaches to Christianity. Years ago, a video of the artist crying while singing the song “Levanto mis manos” with Samuel Hernández went viral.
The Puerto Rican singer commented that he felt he needed a change. He assured that despite the fact that last year was one of the most productive in his career, he was feeling a great emptiness in his life.
“I had the number one song of the year, last year thank God, but I tell you something, I cried at night, I felt empty at night. Having the best cars, having everything, I couldn’t see my children”commented Farruko at the concert in Miami.
Another of the particular events of the night was that the singer apologized for songs he had written, specifically the Pepas song was played, but Farruko did not sing it.
“God knows how many of his children I have hurt. And today I stand up like a man to tell them to forgive me as a human being because love begins with forgiveness”revealed.
Finally, Farruko announced that he will continue to perform concerts due to the contracts he still has pending, where he will surely continue to share about his faith.
