CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.- An Atlanta woman is facing charges after allegedly biting a family member’s chest because he refused to pray with her.
Dyshannon Norris, 49, was arrested last Wednesday for assault. After she allegedly dragged a family member down the hall, she pinned him against the wall, bit him and ripped her shirt as she tried to run away, Wear TV reports.
Norris allegedly became enraged after a family member refused to pray with her for her mother’s health.
He then allegedly began yelling that the entire family had been possessed, since apparently no one in the family complied with his prayer request.
Officers with the Pensacola Police Department arrived at the scene around 6:30 p.m., where they observed the man’s injuries. Police found a bite in the man’s mouth and on the left side of his chest.
In addition, the assaulted man suffered bruises and was bleeding from the upper part of the bite mark.
The assailant was taken to jail Wednesday night. She but she was released after posting $1,000 bail on Thursday.
