CHRISTIANNEWS.COM.- A British woman has implanted 50 chips, without anesthesia, to become a cyborg.
The woman identified as Lepht Anonymous says about herself that she is a British hacker: “Without face or gender, without gods or money, who likes people, science and practical transhumanism,” reports infobae.
The practice of making technological modifications to the body to exceed human capabilities is known as transhumanism.
The woman implanted some of these chips herself, and others with the help of “practical transhumanists.”
Lepht underwent her first implant with the help of a friend in 2007. The woman has done these interventions without anesthesia, since she does not have access to any of the implements because she does not have credentials as a doctor, therefore, in each intervention the woman obtains strong pains.
There are various opinions about Lepht’s modifications; some consider that these are inadequate and that they affect naturalness, however, there are those who support it and defend its freedom to do so.
Those who modify their bodies to change or hack their own organism are also known as biohakers.
