Unfortunately in the world violence is glorified, there is an entire industry that applauds aggression, an example of this is the number of video games or movies, also daily in the news we learn how they kill each other for robbery, revenge or war; all this reflects a disrespect to the greatest creation of God that is life.
It is inexplicable that death and aggression dwell in the heart of man, for this reason God placed as a parameter of life, you will not killand with it we invites to acquire the commitment to celebrate life.
Among the 10 commandments, that of you will not kill referred to by Jesus Christ not only manifests the ending of someone’s physical life, there are different forms of death:
- physically kill anotherwhether coldly and calculatedly, by homicide, legitimate defense, abortion, euthanasia and suicide itself, constitute a sin because God’s plans in a life are interrupted.
- Kill other people emotionally and psychologically using offense, mockery, or revenge.
- Kill other people by inactionthat is, when we ignore or deny the help that others need, having in our hands the means to save them.
There is no better joy for God and for people than glorify lifeseeking to respect others, because you will not kill it means giving life to others.
How can we glorify life?
Only in God is forgiveness found for all the bad things we have done, so anyone who gets angry with his neighbor and produces violence will be guilty of judgment.
Respecting the dignity of others we glorify lifevaluing the soul, health, body and physical and mental integrity of those around us.
Bearing in mind that only God can give us and take our livesour duty in front of him is to celebrate it.
