Beautiful Father, creator of everything that inhabits the sky, the earth and the sea, today I come to thank you for all the love that you reflect in people, in the nature that surrounds me, because you grant us everything we need to be able to live. Today I ask you to give me your care and wisdom within the workplace where I develop.
Blessed God, when entering my work area, I wish that you are always present, That is why I invoke your name so that you can give me the peace and order that is needed daily in this place. May my hands, my eyes and my whole being be your mirror for all those who surround me or find me on this day.
I ask you for each person and colleague who integrates the work in which I find myself, because they are your children who, just like me, need you and cannot be ignored in this prayer. With them I share almost every day and a large part of the working hours. They also struggle to earn bread to put in their homes on a daily basis.
Cover with blessings all the personal projects they have, rest in their minds so that they do things according to your will and thus, from the smallest achievement to the greatest, always be to glorify you for all the opportunities you offer us to be great workers.
Wonderful God, take great care of these people, because they are simple and each one hides an incredible story. May they always strive to work in a dignified manner, that no matter how difficult the situation becomes, they do not stop achieving everything with a lot of sacrifice and although fatigue weighs, they can come home to offer love to their families.
Protect the lives of my colleagues, clients, my bosses and all the people who will be close to me and interact with me. Renew their strength so that they can do their job optimally, give them a heart willing to be generous so that they can treat everyone with great kindness and empathy.
My Lord, you more than anyone know the battle that each one constantly undertakes, I ask you not to separate them from You. Because despite the fact that we work together and at times we have had some disagreements, they suffer from some needs like everyone else, perhaps money, brotherly love or internal conflicts far apart from their work.
Alleviates all the sadness that shakes their hearts, and that with the same impetus with which they carry out their work, can strive to get out of any adversity within their homes. That they do everything that they are passionate about, that they are not afraid to express themselves.
If a colleague is being exploited, do not allow them to remain silent. Give him courage to assert his rights as a human being, so that he can continue with all his activities with more encouragement and more vitality.
Go through each space of my work center, so that we can live in harmony with each other. I know that just as at home, there are people at work who think completely differently, but if we treat each other with understanding, the environment becomes more pleasant. Give him patience and the ability to make decisions assertively.
Remove from their lives, selfish thoughts and envy for some promotion or achievement they have obtained, that we can share the joy and existence of the other. Do not allow them to be vulnerable to corruption or any act that goes against their principles, protect them from the evil Lord.
I ask you my God that everything be according to your Word, that my co-workers can feel your support and your love through me. That they can see me as a support, a helping hand or a shoulder where they can share what they need. Help us to always be able to work as a team and solve conflict successfully, I ask you in the name of Jesus, Amen.
