Blessed God, it is in your presence where true peace exists, where the only key for my heart to be saved is found. Every day, every act, every word is inevitably yours. Because everything that exists is your will.
Lord, You who teach us the path of perfection, help us to follow you. These are times, those of now, in which selfishness and confusion prevail. In which the material has deprived us of recognizing the true love with which you have blessed all your creation.
We have distanced ourselves from our neighbor, Father. The individual prevails in our hearts. We have made your world a difficult and lonely place, where it is increasingly difficult to recognize your steps, which is the only true thing.
The only true thing, Lord, is your teaching of love; But we are fragile. We have distanced ourselves between brothers and mistrust prevails among us. The feeling of letting you down that leads us to the hardest regrets.
Therefore, listen to me, Lord, when I ask you to give me the necessary light to open my heart to my neighbor and allow me the blessing of loving and serving him, of loving and serving each one of your wills. Because I know that this is the way to be saved.
In the same way with each one who has lost in his feelings the will to help and your word. Help them because these are the times when they abound and only your power can transform them. Bless them, Lord.
Bless us, because how many times have I left the hand of my brothers outstretched, refusing to help them to immerse myself in what was only mine. Bless us, because I too have disobeyed your teachings that begin and end in love.
And still, in those moments of extreme selfishness, even in the days when giving was so difficult for me, even there I have felt the warmth of your presence. You have not abandoned me, Beloved Father, and, on the contrary, now you make me realize how wrong I was and lead me to You.
Blessed be your mercy, Almighty Father, creator of life and its savior. Glorified be everything you do, do and decide, because in You rises the reason for everything. Praised be your name, your infinite power.
Receive, Almighty Father, this request to make me in your teaching someone capable of loving and serving as you teach us in the scriptures. Mold me to your criteria immensely wise, help me understand the love that is the center of your word.
Never leave me without this space where I can talk to you. Thank you for teaching us prayer, for deciding to listen to us. This moment of prayer is the most valuable thing for me, blessed God, in it I can express myself without fear and always knowing that you listen to me attentively.
