O true fountain of life!
Perennial source of our health,
great Queen of heaven, Mary,
return, I beg you, to me,
the benign look of your mercy.
Free me from the stain of my very serious sins and,
with the favor of your most powerful intercession
and for the merits of the holy patriarchs Joseph and Camillus,
grant that I may obtain from His Divine Majesty,
with the salvation of my soul,
the perfect health of the bodies and
that grace that I need so much,
what I recommend:

so that, being able to serve you better in this life,
come later, one day,
love you and thank you for all eternity,
happy in Heaven.
Do not wish, O Mother of Health,
despise my pleas,
