Blessed Lord of heaven, today I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to stand up once again. I want to be better for you and for mine, I want to thank you because you give me many blessings despite how much I can fail.
On this occasion, it is my wish that you can help me recover those friendships that were lost over time, due to a misunderstanding, due to pride, due to misfortune. Help me to be the one to take the first step to ask for forgiveness.
Repair the ties that once united us and that made us share many moments of happiness. I am aware that many times I have been guilty of breaking these, however, I am willing to correct what I have done wrong.
My good Lord, I ask you to pour kindness and mercy on their hearts so that they can understand and internalize my words, so that they understand that I want to do things much better than in the past.
You know everything about me, Holy Father, my virtues and especially my mistakes. Mistakes that have been decisive in losing the trust of people who were and are important to me. Relieve the remorse I feel inside me, do not allow the enemy to win and end up disrupting the good friendships I had.
Bring us back together, my loving Father, and this time we can base our friendship on your love and goodness, to understand that you are above everything. Help us to be more transparent, simple and empathetic, not to be interested or envious, because those feelings do not come from You.
Blessed and praised be Lord, for I know you know my weakness, because I know you don’t want me to remain sad and because I know that at the right time you will start to act.
May loyalty, strength, memories of shared moments be the main pillars that lead us to unity and reconciliation. I ask you to bless this friendship so that it obtains from You the strength it requires to continue persevering in life, which is also a gift from You.
Keep the evil one away from my life and the lives of my friends, so that we can again enjoy mutual support, understanding and companionship, that our activities and actions may please you and be able to be a testimony of your existence in our lives.
Give us your wisdom to know how to live with each other without having problems. Give us back that sacred blessing that is to rejoice in community. Take care of my character and my temperament so that I cannot cause any bad moment, and if I were on the other side, give my heart the ability to forgive offenses and the discernment to understand the difficulties they have with me.
Heavenly Father, I ask you with all my heart that you can take into consideration this humble prayer that I make to you and that you manage to repair the bonds of friendship that were lost long ago. You are my joy and my main reason to continue on this path.
